Being grossly underpaid.
Of course I realized this throughout my entire – I say that as if I worked there forever -
career there, but it’s really starting to sink in just how underpaid Evergreen staffers are.
In the approximately a month and a half that I’ve worked at the Herald, I’ve already taken more money home (that’s after taxes) than I made total in four months at the Evergreen.
